Refund Policy

Refund Policy

We truly value your experience with Anxie Rings and want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, don’t worry, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please read through the details below so you know exactly how we handle returns, refunds, and order issues.

Order Cancellations

If you entered the wrong address or need to cancel your order, no problem.
Just reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at anxierings@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

After 24 hours, your order may have already begun processing and we won’t be able to make any changes or issue a cancellation.
Please note, no refund will be given after 24 hours if the address provided was incorrect and we weren’t notified in time.

Returns & Refunds

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we offer a 100 percent money-back guarantee.
You’ll have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To start a return, email us at anxierings@gmail.com with your:

-Full name

-Order number

-Photos showing the issue

You’ll be responsible for purchasing your own return label.
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund for the full purchase amount.
Please include your name and order number inside your return package to ensure your refund is processed correctly and promptly.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package is shipped and marked as “delivered,” we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive your order, please reach out to your local post office or delivery carrier.

Exchanges

We don’t currently offer exchanges.
If you’d like a different style or size, please return your item (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order through our site.

Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds can take 5 to 10 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank.
If it’s been more than 10 business days since your refund was approved, please double-check with your payment provider first, then contact us if needed at anxierings@gmail.com.
