Shipping Notice!

Due to a higher volume of orders, our current delivery times are approximately 3–4 weeks.
We truly value your patience and are doing everything possible to process and ship your order as quickly as we can.
Each order is carefully packed to ensure your ring arrives safely and beautifully.

 

What currencies are your products available in, and do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide, and all prices are listed in USD.
International orders may be subject to local taxes or customs fees depending on your region.

 

I just placed an order — when will it ship?
We’re just as excited for you to experience your Anxie Ring as you are to receive it!
Please allow 7–14 days for your order to be processed and shipped. Most orders arrive within 3 weeks of your purchase date.
Tracking numbers are sent 3–5 business days after your order has shipped.

If you haven’t received a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at 📩 anxierings@gmail.com and our team will be happy to help.

 

Can I cancel my order?
Yes — cancellations are accepted before your order has shipped.
Once your order is on its way, we’re unable to modify or cancel it, but you can follow our return policy below for a refund once your item arrives.

 

What is your policy if I’m not satisfied with my purchase?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if your item arrives defective or damaged.
You’ll have 30 days after contacting us to return your product for a full refund.
Customers are responsible for purchasing their own return label. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll refund your full original purchase amount.

Please include your name and order number inside the return parcel to ensure your refund is processed quickly and correctly.

 

Help! I entered the wrong address.
No worries — mistakes happen!
If you entered an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email with the correct details or reach out to us at 📩 anxierings@gmail.com as soon as possible.

If we’re notified within 24 hours of purchase, we’ll update your address before it ships.
Unfortunately, we can’t issue refunds for incorrect addresses submitted without notice after that time.
